Healthy gourmet dining Seasons 52 is a chain restaurant based out of Florida. This location is in the Shops at Legacy. Finding a parking place can be a bit daunting even though free parking is plentiful. Newcomers to the area may spend a while driving around in search of the parking garage (free!) and on-street parking. Seasons 52 itself offers valet parking. One person in my dinner party had problems finding Seasons 52 and said that their GPS was directing them to a location across the street so it might be good to familiarize yourself with a map before going.

Seasons 52 offers casual dining in a classy atmosphere. The area where we were seated was lit by candles. Behind the bar, a woman was playing the piano and singing some very relaxing and mellow classical music. Noise levels were low. It was easy to hear the person sitting next to you. Service was quick and unobtrusive.

The concept behind Seasons 52 is to offer a menu that changes seasonally. They use special cooking techniques such as wood-fire grilling, brick-oven cooking, and caramelizing veggies so that the natural flavor shines through. Consequently they are able to keep all dishes at or below 475 calories. They offer their regular menus plus special menus just for vegetarians, vegans, gluten-free diets, and so forth.

Seasons 52 also offer desserts that are in smaller portions called "Mini Indulgences". They are essentially desserts in an extra large shot glass. Choices include Pecan Pie, Key Lime Pie, Carrot Cake, Rocky Road, and others. I'm currently hooked on the Pecan Pie, however all of them look delicious. The great thing about the mini indulgences is that they are not overly heavy (calories range from 50 to 340 per indulgence) and they are only $2.50 each. It was the perfect end to a fantastic meal!

Ordered a flat bread pizza with artichokes and a goat cheese ravioli, of the two the flat bread pizza was better tasting and had fresher ingredients but neither dish really rocked. The ravioli was kind of soggy and the portion was fairly small. The dessert tray looked good but did not try any.

Went to Seasons with some friends, and since there is already a great review on the site, just decided to post a comment here. The place was packed on a Tuesday night! It's definitely a good idea to make a reservation here. Also it can get noisy even during the week and there was a piano player.

I have not tried the desserts there yet but now I think I will I have to. It would be hard to choose though because they all look pretty good.
