The building is designed as a link to the 20th century, but looks a bit like a double wide trailer.

The Clinton Presidential Library is a large modern library and museum in Little Rock, Arkansas. The museum highlights events and achievements of President Clinton during his two terms in office as the 42nd President of the United States.

Completed in 2004 and situated on 30 acres, the Clinton Library includes a main museum building and an archives building which holds presidential records. The library complex is located east of downtown Little Rock in an area that had been a warehouse district. The museum building has an open environment and occupies two main floors. There are a number of alcoves that focus on a range of topics including the economy, environment, and peace efforts. A series of large plaques cover major events each year President Clinton was in office. The museum showcases an official limousine and replicas of both the Oval Office and the Cabinet Room.

The library will be of interest for most people as there is a wide variety of information and displays. There are even some entertaining and funny videos with President Clinton. Those who are interested in policies and political events will really appreciate the exhibits as they are rich in these areas. Also, the audio headsets are a helpful aid to better understand the exhibits. If time is limited, make sure to see the Oval Office replica and the displays of various gifts.

As with most presidential libraries, shortcomings and scandals are downplayed, while achievements are accentuated. Overall there is a sense of glibness throughout, yet one cannot help but to be impressed by a long list of accomplishments and pine a bit for the way things were. A visit here is recommended.
